The frequency of your workouts depends on your fitness goals and current fitness level. We recommend at least 3-4 workouts per week for optimal results. The training programs include 2 sessions per week, with a movement plan for your additional work-outs.


It depends on the severity of the injury. We recommend consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before starting any exercise program. If cleared, we can modify your workouts to accommodate your injury.


  • Life happens. You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your session by via text to Susanne 720-3243555. After this, the session will be considered as cancelled without a refund or make-up session. 


  • For best results, you complete the program without interruptions longer than 2 weeks. However, sometimes it's needed to take a break for medical or personal reasons. All programs need to be completed within 6 months after purchase. No refunds are provided for unused training sessions.
