Somatic Groundwork

Moving through life with greater energy, ease, and vitality starts with being at home in your body.

Somatic Groundwork helps to unwind restrictions through gentle movement inquiry.

I weave this approach through my personal training with clients.  and I offer a restorative movement program called "InHabitat".

Everything in our body is connected through connective tissue, fascia. You can imagine this as one continuous stretchy communication network, with high cellular intelligence. Healthy supple fascia supports overall quality of movement and well-being

We exist as whole beings, deeply intertwined with our surroundings, our habitat.  We experience life with our whole body-self including our mind and brain. We learn and grow best when we integrate all our capacities to make sense of the world.

Enjoy the flow of life but also enjoy being stuck. There is always something that can move even when one is stuck.
