Do you need help to start your exercise routine?  Did you get a "move more prescription" from your health care provider?  Need to get back on your active feet after a set-back? Or you want to be pro-active, and set yourself up for strong recovery after your upcoming surgery? This program is perfect for beginners, post-rehab, or prehab clients.  We'll work on foundational stability, mobility, and safe movement patterns for overall conditioning and  (re-)injury prevention.

Gravity is an essential partner in everyday life. Sometimes we are thrown off-balance with serious consequences: one out of five falls causes a serious injury such as broken bones or a head injury. This program helps to build essential skills to maintain your functional balance, incl. stability, agility, strength, and spatial awareness. We'll work together to make it relevant for your activities and your fitness level.

Are you having difficulty to get back on your feet from the floor? Are you afraid that if you fall, you won't be able to get back up? This program offers a well-rounded mix of  gentle exercises to find your mobility in creative ways. We also work on areas of your body that need more strength and stability to support yourself.

Strength and resistance training is more than simply building muscles; it is also about longevity, strengthening joints and bones, reducing pain, improving your cardio-vascular health/metabolic rate/body composition, protecting against falls and injuries,  and even your brain health.  This program improves your functional strength, through progressive load training with stable and dynamic weights. We'll support weaker areas with stabilizing exercises to prevent injuries, as needed.

You need to get started with a workout routine, you want to learn how to use the weight machines, as well as basic free weight techniques. Or you just need more accountability to show up  and make progress at the gym. 


Package of 5 sessions to be used within  three months:  $395
